Cherry Chocolate Protein Bowl – A Spoonful of Protein Delight

It combines creamy Skyr yogurt, fresh sour cherries, and a hint of cocoa to create a dessert-like fitness snack – with no added sugar.

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 300 g Skyr (30 g protein) or other high-protein yogurt (9–12 g protein)
- 2/3 scoop (20 g) KG1 Clear Vegan Protein Sour Cherry (16 g protein, 72 kcal – 0 sugar – no artificial sweeteners or additives – sweetened with agave & stevia)
- 50 g Morello cherries from a jar or fresh sour cherries (low in fructose)
- 2–3 ladyfingers
- 1 tsp baking cocoa (0 sugar)
- Optional: 5 g dark chocolate sprinkles (85% cocoa)
Total protein: approx. 25–46 g (depending on yogurt/Skyr)
Calories: approx. 240–280 kcal (depending on yogurt)
Preparation
- Mix the Clear Vegan Protein Powder with Skyr yogurt in a bowl until it's smooth and creamy.
- Place 2–3 ladyfingers in a glass or bowl.
- Add the Morello cherries or sour cherries on top of the ladyfingers.
- Pour the mixed Skyr-Clear-Vegan-Cherry over the cherries.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of baking cocoa on top.
- Optional: top with dark chocolate or sprinkles.
